Before Your Appointment
We want you to feel relaxed, prepared, and confident walking into your appointment. Taking a few simple steps before your visit helps us deliver the best possible results and ensures your experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please review the guidelines below based on your service.

Body Sculpting
Stay well-hydrated in the 24 hours leading up to your session, aim for 2–3 liters of water. Avoid alcohol and caffeine the day before and the day of your appointment. Eat a light, healthy meal beforehand, and avoid heavy lotions or oils on the treatment area. Consistency, hydration, and movement post-treatment are key for best results.
Spray Tans
For flawless, even results, exfoliate your body 24 hours before your appointment using an oil-free scrub. Shave or wax at least 24 hours in advance. Arrive with clean, dry skin, no lotion, deodorant, makeup, or perfume.
Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment and be ready to glow.
Microneedling
For best results, avoid active skincare ingredients (like retinol, AHAs, or BHAs) for 3–5 days before your treatment.

Pause any waxing, threading, or facial treatments at least a week prior. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin, and stay well-hydrated leading up to your appointment.
Chemical Peels
Discontinue use of retinol, exfoliants, or acne treatments (topical or oral) 5–7 days before your peel. Avoid sun exposure, waxing, or any facial treatments for at least a week prior. Please arrive with clean, product-free skin and let us know if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or using any prescription medications.
Waxing
Please allow 3–4 weeks of hair growth (about the length of a grain of rice) for best results. Gently exfoliate the day before and arrive with clean, dry skin, no lotions, oils, or deodorant on the area. Avoid tanning, retinol, or chemical exfoliants for at least 48 hours prior.
If you're sensitive, you may take a mild pain reliever 30 minutes before your appointment.
Facials
Arrive with a fresh, makeup-free face and pause any active skincare (like retinol, AHAs, or BHAs) for 3–5 days before your appointment. Avoid waxing, dermaplaning, or intense exfoliation at least 48 hours prior. Hydrate well and come ready to relax.
Teeth Whitening
Brush and floss gently before your appointment, but avoid using whitening toothpaste the day of.
Refrain from consuming dark-staining foods or drinks (like coffee, tea, wine, or berries) for at least 24 hours prior.
Eyelash Extensions
Arrive with completely clean, makeup-free eyes, no mascara, eyeliner, or oils around the eye area. Avoid caffeine beforehand to help keep your eyes relaxed during the service. If you wear contacts, consider removing them before your appointment. Come ready to relax the more still you are, the better the results.
